X wont automatically update with validated license

Hi,

I’m having issues updating a probably very old version of X. The account is validated but I can’t automatically update and cornerstone says I need to validate to update. I’ve tried revoking the license to read but it will not revoke either.

Will manually updating fix my issue here or is there another problem?

Thanks for writing in! You may have installed a version where there is an issue of validation. I would recommend that you manually update X theme manually. I have updated manually and I’m now having a few other issues.

It seems the customizer won’t open at all. The screen stays blank.

Also I am attempting to find the place to check the validation now, but the place I think it should be located looks like this.
