X validation fails

When we attempt to validate we get an empty page (http://www.methodfactory.com/wp-admin/admin.php?)

Even when following the instructions on the connection issues (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-validation-connection-issues/201) using: &force-check=1&x-verbose=1; we get a blank page.

We are using X version 6.0.4.

We moved the site from a test URL to a PROD url and have updated product site information under our manage licenses section of theme.co. This is the reason for re-validation.

Any ideas?

You are using old version of X Theme 6.0.4 on the website. Please update X Theme to the most recent version 6.1.6 and then try to validate. Please take a look at update guide for some instructions.
