X to Pro then to X-No Demo Content

I purchased the pro upgrade not realizing I cannot use the demo content. I want to go back to X. I tried to activate back to X but the demo content is not showing up. It says it already exists when I try to import again but I dont see it in the template section. I only see the pro “Headers, Content and et…” Please let me know how to get back to X with the demo content.

Thanks for writing in!

Here is a bit confused about your questions. We have two kinds of Demo content in X.

  1. Regular and Expanded demo, which you can easily import and setup your site.
    Which is available in Dashboard -> X–> Validation

  2. Template starter pack, its available for both X and pro you have have to import it for use.
    X-> Templates you have to import the starter pack.

For pro There, no regular Demo and expanded Demo available but there is an additional creative template pack available for use, called design cloud. So in Pro, you have both stater pack and design cloud.
