Getting this error in phpMyAdmin

I have no idea how to solve this issue, even after Googling for hours. I used the suggested plugin to migrate but stuck on this error when uploading to new domain. Not sure what to do…someone please help♥ not sure if this info helps but the domains are in the same hostgator account
