X theme custom settings doesn't affect the frontend

After cloning a WP instance including an active Xtheme to a staging server, the custom theme settings are no longer visible in the frontend. The whole CSS is back to default. Although in the backend the custom settings are still available and I can editing and saving the settings without affecting the frontend.
We are using X Version: 5.1.1. For now we want to keep this version. Because our website layout is based on this theme version.

Thanks for writing in. Were you able to successfully migrate the database too? Did you do it manually or used a plugin? Can you send us a link to your site and the staging one, so we can have a look at it. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for your reply. As usual we used the plugin All-in-One WP Migration.

Please redo the database migration by following the guide provided here.

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after the migration to avoid any potential errors.
