Hi there, one my client sites has a classic accordion on the right hand side, and they have pointed out to me that it doesn’t expand on click in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11). The page is here https://www.wrays.com.au/contact/ and I tried adding a new accordion, and the problem persists. I didn’t see any errors appearing in the console when using the accordion on IE11. The page currently uses classic accordion. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I tested the classic accordion element in IE11 locally and it works fine on my end. There could be a third party plugin conflict which is breaking the site’s functionality. Please test for a plugin conflict, you can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
I also noticed that you’re using the latest version of X but you’ve not updated the Cornerstone to the latest version. The incompatible versions could break the theme so always make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to their latest versions to avoid potential errors and conflicts.
