X > Settings missing from WP Dashboard

Hi, in my wp-admin dashboard, the X > Settings option is missing.

Thanks for getting in touch.

I checked your licence manager page and can see two licenses. One of the website is redirecting for hostgator landing page. Other website seems to be a personal website and blog. Is this the website that’s having issue?

I checked and can see that it’s using latest version of X Theme and Cornerstone. If Settings link is not showing up then please try out following solutions:

1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
2. There might be a case of broken Theme and Cornerstone installation. Try to reinstall the theme by activating default WordPress theme under Appearance > Themes. You can delete Cornerstone from Plugins > Installed Plugins. After that download latest version of X Theme from Themeforest or Apex members area and install X Theme. You don’t need to separately install Cornerstone as that will be done automatically.

If issue is still there, kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.
