Hi, I am brand new to pro and I am having trouble installing the sample layouts and stacks from the X dashboard. In normal X theme I could install demos like Spa, Agency, Church etc but since installing Pro I cannot find an option where I can do this and instead have to start from a blank website.
Am I missing something?

The feature that you are talking about is the demo import. Please consider that the Pro Theme does not have the demo import functionality. You will not be able to have the whole website available for you as a demo like traditional X theme.
Instead, there is a new feature called design cloud. You can use that feature to import Snippets which we called templates of different Builder sections.
