Sorry but I am a new user and am annoyed that there is no demo content for X Pro and simply trying to get a basic page up with working Parallax like Ethos Demo http://demo.theme.co/ethos-2/ or basic slide in left or right.
Do you have any templates you can send that I can import and see how this is setup?

You can build similar parallax in Pro also. Even pro builder having better control over parallax.
Just click on the advance option of any section or row you want to have the image background parallax.
It will enable the image background option.
Then add image any of the layers.
Then enable background parallax for the layer where you have the image.
And adjust it to 250% value for the better parallax effect.

What if there is just a parallax image without text in front of it?
How to I make it so the background parallax image show up the correct size and not scaled down?

Hi Tim,
You can place a Gap element or Classic Gap element to provide a height to your empty section.
Adjust the size of your Gap where you see it fits.
