X-Pro Editor isn´t loading

Hi,

X-Pro was not loading on my site (Version: Wordpress 4.9.12 - X-Pro 3.0.4). The editor also isn’t loading and I can´t edit my site. Please,
how should I proceed?

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Hey Marcos,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup and I see you’ve an old version of WordPress installed. The minimum required version of WordPress is 5, please update WordPress to the latest version to fix the issue.

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

I do the updates ( PHP and WordPress ) to the latest version and cleaned all caches.
Everything is working perfectly now.
