X.pot broken in latest release?

Hi,

I tried to translate latest X, but it seems that x.pot is broken.

When I open x.pot with PoEdit, it complains about duplicate entries.

I tried to drop x.pot to https://localise.biz/free/poeditor and got similar results.

PoEdit refuses to make translation (po/mo) because of problems with x.pot.

I am using latest PoEdit if it matters
