Wpml stopped working

Hi guys,
I want to ask you for help. After last update we are unable to translate our web any more. After trying to load a wpml translation there is only a blank page instead of content to translate.

Can you please tell us which pages you’re facing the issue? I’ve checked your home page and it’s working fine now:

Please also follow up the steps below:

1.Temporarily switch to the Twenty Nineteen theme and test the case to see if it works.

  1. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server(should change to 256MB, currently it’s 128MB). Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit. On the WPML website, 256MB of memory limit is is recommended.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Check your PHP Max Execution Time and set it for 180(currently, it’s only 90s) for optimal usage (https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/how-to-increase-maximum-execution-time-for-wordpress-site/).
