WPBakery Page Builder needs update (came with the X-Theme)

Hello there, our site is broken and I’m thinking it’s because WPBakery Page Builder needs to be updated. The page builder came wit the x-theme so it says that the Theme author needs to push the update to X? How can we fix this?
