The theme definitely has wp_footer(). You can see it on this file
\wp-content\themes\pro\framework\legacy\cranium\footers\views\global\_footer.php
We have customers using WP Rocket plugin on their website and it works quite well. I suggest you please make sure to use latest version of X Theme and Cornerstone. It is not fully supported although there is no known issues about this plugin. Yes, it would be better to consult the plugin developer in case it is a false positive message.

The false positive issue is caused by WP Rocket plugin itself and there is nothing to fix on our end. The issue is because the plugin itself is only expecting to see those tags on certain locations. There is no rule or standard within Wordpress that those tags or wp_footer actions should be implemented on specific files.
