WP Cost Estimation problems

Hi there, i’m using WP E&P for a simple form, works well. I’m now trying to do a multi-step form, but i’m having an issue. The form steps are appearing all on the same page after I do Get Started, including the final step. I tried to delete the plugin and reinstall, deactivate Hummingbird, but same problem. Can you give my a hand ? Thanks.

In the meantime, I see that you’re not fully updated including X theme and Cornerstone plugin. Seems like the auto update stop working ? I’m checking for new version of X but it says latest version 6.5.5. Can you check that also ?

I have logged in and it seems that updates were disabled in your site. You should be seeing the updates notifications in Dashboard > Updates. Nothing is disabled instead. You might have changed the wp-config settings. Please check out this link:

Meanwhile, you should need to update everything.
Our latest versions are:
- X theme 6.5.6
- Cornerstone 3.5.5
- WP Cost & Estimation Forms 9.6741

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using Hummingbird Cache, WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

Hi, i’ve install Easy Updates Manager and all updates are enabled. I’ve check my extensions and there are all up to date including WP cost & Estimation 9.6741. But I can’t get X and Cornerstone to offer me the update. Any idea ?

It could be that the Easy Updates Manager is blocking connections to the theme.co repository or that the updates where disabled. Please temporarily disable the plugin or better check your wp-config settings.
