WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder ****ACTIVATION****

I am unable to activate WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms, Builder. It ultimately times out.

What have I done to correct:
Increased PHP version to 7.1
Increased PHP Memory Limit to 256MB
Deleted the “WP_Estimation_Form” from the “WP-CONTENT > Plugins” folder
Re-installed from the Pro Dashboard
Tried activating with the same result.

OS Linux
Server Apache/2
PHP v7.1.1
MYSQL v5.6.41-84.1-log
PHP Memory Limit 256.0 MiB
PHP Max Script Execute Time 120s

I suggest you to increase PHP Max Script Execute Time to 300s and PHP Memory Limit to 512mb. Upon doing the changes, please try to activate WP Cost Estimation plugin.

Switched from Dot5 hosting to blue host. problem solved!
