Would like to add items to my header

I would like to have both an image AND my logo in my header, and a text tagline (not part of the logo) for better SEO.

I would also like to not have to choose between navigation links and prominent social media icons in the header, but I would prefer both, if possible.

Can anyone suggest a way to do that?
