Woocommerce Shop Page with Ess. Grid not working

Hi There,

I’m using Ess. Grid on my Woocommerce shop page and it was all working fine so far, suddenly I see this: http://prntscr.com/h4jg1o the page’s showing error code maybe after I updated the plugin or not, I’m not sure if I updated any plugin.

When I tried to use the same grid in a different page, it’s working fine there, but not when I mark the page as shop in the settings.

It’s an urgent issue. Could you please help me ASAP?

Hi,

It’s been over a full day I posted my thread in the support but I haven’t received any responses yet. It’s an urgent issue, I had to remove my shop temporarily for this issue.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

I don’t see any error in your shop page but using a grid plugin while setting the same page as your WooCommerce shop page might produce a conflict so this setup is not recommended.

Please clear your browser cache then check again.
