Woocommerce Products Images Not Available

Hi Friends!
Im not sure why, but for a while, the section of the product configuration for the Featured Image is not available. I tried to solve it by updating everything (theme and Woocommerce) But didn’t work.
Can you please let me know how to solve it?

Also, in the same website, i have the problem that the Youtube Rev Slider is no longer working since a while ago.
It stays still in the Image or Video poster and nothing happens after.

Thank you very much in advance for all the help!!

Best regards!
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for writing in! Upon testing, I can confirm the WooCommerce featured image section is missing on your setup. It could be related to a plugin conflict as well, so could you please try disabling your 3rd party plugins except WooCommerce plugin and see if that resolves your issue. If the issue resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin cause this issue.

Also I see that you have updated your WooCommere plugin to the latest version which could be another possible cause. Latest X/Pro compatible WooCommerce version is 3.5.1 as you can see it on our version information guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195). You can download the exact version from the following link (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/) and downgrade your plugin.

With regard to your slider with YouTube video issue, I see that it’s not playing on your homepage and I see the following error on the console log.
Failed to execute ‘postMessage’ on ‘DOMWindow’: The target origin provided (‘https://www.youtube.com’) does not match the recipient window’s origin (‘http://www.cafefolks.cl’).

So I have created a test page and see that your video is playing on load (see secure note for more information). You issue is similar to the following thread, so I suggest you to review it for further troubleshooting (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/slider-revolution-youtube-video-will-not-play/12777/16).

Thanks!

thank you for your answer!
ill take a look so as to fix the problem of the slider in my home page according the configurations you used to place de slider in the test page. Thanks!

Regarding Woocommerce. To downgrade, is it enough to deactivate and delete the woocommerce i have installed and just install de 3.5.1 version i dowloaded to my computer?
Should i pay attention to the database alert that shows up regarding woocommerce templates? Or pay attention to update MySql version that woocommerce suggest to update?

Than you very much for all the help!

Hi,

Yes, you may deactivate and delete then install the compatible version.
Just make sure that you have created a full backup of your site before doing this.

With regards to mysql version, wordpress requires

PHP version 7.2 or greater.
MySQL version 5.6 or greater

Thanks

Hi Paul,
I downgraded Woocommerce to 3.5.1, and also updated PHP to 7.2 and MySql to 5.6, but the problem still remains! I can’t Change photos of my products.
I also checked deactivating all plugins to check compatibility but with no luck.

Please help me!
Thank you very much!
Sebastian

Hey Sebastian,

The Product Image was disabled in your site. You need to check it in Screen Options.

Hope that helps.

Can you please give me a little hand with the problem of Revolution Slider?
I can’t make it work in my home page… although I’ve seen it works in the test page you guys created.

Please , can you give me a hint so as to what change can i make in the home page to make it work?

Thank you very much again!!!
Best regards
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

Are you aiming to add the Revolution Slider in the header? If so, please add a content area element in the header and add the Rev Slider shortcode to the element. You can get the shortcode from the rev slider settings:

Hope this helps.
