WooCommerce Product Page Variation Thumbs

The variation thumbnails under the product are not rendering correctly.

Running WooCommerce v 3.4.7. Product images pushed from Printful.

Hi There @mikewolf1127

Thanks for writing in! As mentioned on our version information guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195), the latest X/Pro theme support WooCommerce version 3.4.5.

I would suggest you to downgrade your WooCommerce version by downloading the exact version from the following link (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/).

If you’re using a caching plugin, make sure to purge your server cache and also clear your browser cache before testing.

Thanks!

Didn’t fix the problem. Can you help?

Hi,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you are using a child theme, try to activate the parent theme and check if the issue is resolved.

If none of these helps, kindly provide the following information in Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Thanks

Ok, progress…

The culprit is the ‘WP Latest Posts’ from JoomUnited.

So now I’ve got the variation thumbs looking good, but they are over the top of the product. (see image) Can I get them to the bottom, below the product?

Hi There @mikewolf1127

In that case, could you also please try removing your custom CSS rules added to your site and test your issue further. Always make sure to purge your cache before testing.

If you’re still having issues, please provide us with an example link to your referenced product page to check your issue further.

Thanks!

OK, All CSS is removed, site-wide and per page.
WooCommerce is the only plug-in that is active.

I solved it.

The .flex-control-nav.flex-control-thumbs is set to top. I set it to bottom along with a bit of an adjustment to lower it.

Glad you’ve sorted it out, Mike.
