I see the issue on your site. It’s not the same in my test site though where have the latest version of WooCommerce and Pro so this is unlikely a bug in our theme. Our themes also do not have any product ordering option.
What you see in the Customizer comes from WooCommerce and not our theme.
The issue in your site could be coming from a third-party plugin or a custom code in your child theme. With that said, please do the following actions.

Switch to the parent theme and check if the issue persists. If it’s fixed, find the code that is causing the issue in your child theme. If it does persist, proceed to the next step.

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Only if the said action steps do not help, give us WordPress Admin credentials in a Secure Note. Please note that we’ll do those actions again to double-check so you must also allow us to do that in your live site. If that’s not allowed, copy your site to a staging server.
