Woocommerce product category image/header

Hello,

I’d like to show a header image for every category page. How do I do this? I have the category images setup but don’t know how to display above a certain category.

Thanks for your reply. That plugin isn’t working. Tried Banner Management for WooCommerce as well, but that only works for cart page (haven’t tested other pages), and doesn’t work on category. I prefer not to use a plugin.

Isn’t there a way to make the thumbnail show up above the category?

Regretfully, right now, you can’t add a header to specific categories. Several other users also want this feature and this has been listed in our feature request list. Please stay tuned if this might be added in the future.

Since the plugin we suggested does not work, you will need to hire a third party developer to build that feature for now.

It can’t be that hard right. I just want the category thumbnails to show up above the product list.

Product category is not included on the customization available for woocommerce plugin. You can see all woocommerce customization on the theme on this folder wp-content\themes\x\woocommerce. Original files from the plugin can be found here: \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates. Feel free to create custom template for category. You can put it on your child theme.
