Woocommerce order notifications and downloads

Hello, I’m using x-theme on godaddy for a woocommerce site. The site sells digital music downloads.
I’m having two issues.

  1. The first issue is that the website is not sending the order completed email with downloads to the customer or sending order notification to the shop owner. *however the store does send a refund notification._

  2. the second issue is that after the payment completes in paypal the customer is redirected to the account page where it says no downloads are available.

I have an email management plugin installed and it shows that the only emails being sent are refunds
If you could provide me some direction on troubleshooting these issues , I would greatly appreciate it. If you need WP login info, I can provide that. .

We have encounter this same issue earlier this year and a customer have confirmed it is because of a beta version of woocommerce. Since there’s an update already, make sure that your version is the updated and compatible version with X theme.
