Woocommerce only 2 columns are displaying on page

Hi ,

I am having some issues with a site I am trying to complete.

The woocomerce pages are only showing 2 columns instead of 4 like I have selected in the customiser.

I have looked everywhere and I cannot see what is causing this to happen.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for writing in, I see you have updated the WordPress to the latest version (4.8.1), but you leave a lot of things on your site out dated including the X|Theme and Cornerstone. I suggest you duplicate your site on a staging server and start updating everything there.

You can refer here for the latest supported versions.

Clear and deactivate your caching plugins while you’re doing the update. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
