WooCommerce Description & Additional Information not showing up

Folks, I’m revamping a client website to use Pro. My demo site is having some issues. Specifically, in the original site the Description/Additional Information tabs appear, but in my demo site they do not. The original site is running a different (and extremely lame) theme, not Pro.

Here are examples. The first is the original site. The second is the same product page on the demo site.

I’ve deactivated every plugin on the site with the exception of WooCommerce, and nothing changes. I’ve also checked on three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera). All show (or don’t show) the same issue.

Hi @heuronic,

Note that Woocommerce 3.8 is not fully tested yet. It is always recommended to use compatible version..

Anyway, I did test using that version and is doesn’t cause those tab to be hidden. Can you check it on Theme Options > Woocommerce see if it is set to ON?
