Woocommerce compatibility?

Ok so I was told in the forum here that xthem is compatible with woocommerce 4.0? However I’m having issues with woocommerce and looking of theme forest at xthem it shows it’s last update 14th of June 2018 that xthem is actually compatible with woocommerce 3.2x which is correct please?

Unfortunately the changelog only gives me the bug fixes and so on nothing about woocommerce. All the articles linked are from 6th of may 2018 and the last update for x was the 14th of June 2018 so seem to be outed however still no information on woocommerce. All I really need to know is which version of woocommerce is currently supported by xtheme.

Hi Rob,

Sorry for the confusion here. The latest X theme (v6.1.6) and Cornerstone (v3.1.6) compatible WooCommerce version would be v3.4.2 as you can see on our version compatibility guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195). You can download the exact WooCommerce version from the following link (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/).

When you go to a specific knowledge base article, you will see the last update date of that specific article which has no relation with X/Pro updates.

Thank you for your reply. I can see now that it looks as though the latest version of woocommerce is supported by xthem. This rules out my theme as the source of my issues I believe so it’s not a compatibility issue between the two so I need to look deeper in to what’s going on.

Maybe you might want to disclose the issue? So we can check if that is a conflict between X and WooCommerce.

Hi, my issue is/was as I may well have fixed it is that when entering a shortcode for product ID from woocommerce I kept showing my first product created no mater what number I put in. I will keep you posted on my progress.
