You should not update those files as those files were modified to work with the theme.
The latest version officially supported of WooCommerce is :
WooCommerce: | Latest Supported Version: 3.2.3 | KB Article151
I do recommend you always checking version compatibility page before updating your plugins :
If you have updated beyond 3.2.3, play around and make sure everything works fine, if everything works, you should be good, but does not update manually the outdated files.

WooCommerce is not working well with x-theme.
I’m getting some major errors on my website. Just like the user above, I am receiving a notice that says my WooCommerce has outdated copies of template files. Except, I don’t have the option to run an updater. And this is what most of the pages on my site look like:

Please downgrade to WooCommerce version 3.2.3 for now because that is the latest compatible version. Here’s the downgrade instruction.
WooCommerce template updates will be available in the next release of X and Pro. We could not give an ETA though. Please stay tuned.
