My footer is not appearing as i set it up in the Footer menu (link in secure note).
In the settings i have it set to white but its appearing as navy blue or some reason.

Here’s the color codes of our footer and it comes from the settings.
If that is not what you’ve set, please try clearing all caches first including your browser cache then check again.
If the issue persists, please give us WP admin access in a Secure Note.

@christian_y shouldn’t my footer’s color be decided by the Footer Menu Creator? I that menu i set the background to white. Should i still take a look at these settings? Are they being over written?

Thank you for the credentials, the footer that you’re seeing now is the standard footer which you can configure under Theme Options > Footer, to change its background-color it’s under Theme Options > Renew > Footer Background.
I think you’re referring to this?
You assigned this footer on one page only and that is your Terms Of Service page. Make it Global, if you want this footer to be your sitewide footer.
