Why have my links not updated?

My page has a grid which displays links to external html emails (in the form of posts). When we upload them, we usually place the link in the “Alternative Link” field and that displays the correct link. After Wordpress updated, the links seem to have all changed to be one link from an old post. Was this caused by the update? If so is there a way to revert it back to the old version to recover our links? Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site, I see that you have updated your Cornerstone plugin to the latest version but you’re still using an older version of X theme which also creates incompatibility issues.

In the article you posted regarding updating the theme, it suggests backing up your site before doing so. How would you suggest the best way to do this would be?

If you’re still having any issues after updating your X theme and plugins, you can then enable WP_DEBUG mode on your WordPress and revisit your page to see if you’re getting any PHP errors. Please refer to the following resource on how you can enable WP_DEBUG mode (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG).

Is there any way to contact support over the phone? I’ve been going back and forth on the support forum for weeks and I don’t think my questions are being understood, and I am not understanding the answers.
