Whitespace at top of Renew

I was just updating my homepage and a big gap has appeared at the top of my site. It’s between the menu bar and the first page element. I can’t find out what it is.

Update: It was because I activated the plug in Event Espresso. I believe a similar thing happens with Gravity Forms. How can I prevent this as I need those two ?

As both Event Espresso and Gravity Forms are 3rd party plugins, providing support for the same will fall outside the scope of support we can offer. Having said that, please share website URL and activate both the plugins. We can take a look and may be offer you some solutions. However, please note that it will fall outside the scope of support we can offer.
