White space on promo images

Hey Guys thanks for the amazing support since I have purchased my theme. I am trying to set up a few promo content sections on my site and was just wondering how do I change the whitespace between the image and the text as shown

You may add a gap shortcode after the image shortcode to add some space between the image and the text.

Sorry Jade I should have been more specific and less confusing. I am trying to reduce that gape between the text and the image instead of making it bigger.

You can add the mtn class to the heading elements in the Promo boxes like:

<h5 class="mtn">Diffusers & Terminal Units</h5>

You may refer to more usable classes here:
