White line below header on certain screen sizes (all devices other than desktop)

Hi,

When our site is responsive it adds a white line between the header and body areas of the website. We can’t seem to solve it, please help.

Thanks

HI Morelly,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site in multiple screen resolutions but couldn’t replicate the issue on my end. Can you please provide some screenshots of the issue your’re having so we can take a closer look? In the mean time consider updating theme and plugins to latest version and see if this resolves the issue. You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thanks!

Hi @morelly,

That’s due to the height of your slider versus the height of the image. I recommend utilizing the responsive feature of the slider. Please check these https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/responsive-settings/, https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/size-position/.

And I also recommend adding your image as the background of the slider with cover size so it would fit any device. The layer usually scales but it doesn’t fill the entire size of the grid compared to the background.

Thanks!
