The one that allows you to put a full-width background image and also use parallax. Thanks!

Hi there,

The element that you gave the screenshot is actually a Cornerstone Section which in the section options a background is set. Also in the Row settings of that section, the Marginless and No Container options are selected to have a full-width background.
