Where to download X 5.2.4

Thanks for writing in! The reason we don’t provide a way to download earlier versions of X/Pro theme is because, it could contain security vulnerabilities and bugs which our developers fixed in the later versions of update releases.

You can read more information about updates changes from our changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/).

Also we can confirm that the latest version of WordPress core is compatible with latest version X/Pro themes. You can see our version compatibility guide from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).

Further on server related configurations, we recommend the following.

• Make sure to use PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues.
• PHP memory limit of 512MiB (Refer: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935).
• PHP max execution time of 120 or higher (Refer: https://www.simplified.guide/php/increase-max-execution-time)

We got past the problems, but just like most other softwares, there are times when your customers needs to run older versions of your software, especially between major upgrades.

I am just giving you feedback that it would be very helpful to have access to older builds of the software.

You have the option to download stability release from Apex dashboard. However, I will pass on your message to our developers to provide option to download older version of X Theme.
