Where is the Save button in Cornerstone

Hello.

I can’t find a way to save my changes in cornerstone. I see Save Preset, but that doesn’t work.
When i try to leave the page it says, “You have unsaved changes that will be lost if you continue. Are you sure you wish to leave?”

Thank you for reaching out to us. You can find the save button at the left bottom corner of your screen (see screenshot)
