Where is the Hero Footer template?

I am on the new version of Pro where you have to import the starter pack. What happened to the Hero footer template? Where can I get it?

Also is there a marketplace of template packs to purchase?

You can Import Starter templates from Pro > Templates > Import Starter Pack. https://cloudup.com/cn7dGQT1bXZ

Once starter pack has been imported, you can see footer template from Pro > Footer > User Template. https://cloudup.com/cZdMLA0WpBE

You can access design cloud for premade templates from Pro > Templates > Design Cloud. https://cloudup.com/cCn-sZ2MHRA
