Where is Content Manager Enabling button in Pro Theme?

<img src="//tco-forum-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/original/3X/8/b/8b78d2d12be2d3ca2e8cHI, I had upgraded my theme to pro from X. Ever since I have no Content Builder.

I read some of your solutions on the support forum, where you have suggested to enable a Content Manager button on Pro theme page. I haven’t been able to find any such button. I have also deactivated all third-party plugins as well. Please help.

Thanks

Hi Ruhno,

Thanks for writing in!
The image you have sent is not displaying here.

Please reupload it.
The question you have asked a little confusing. Pro comes with its own content builder. There no need enabling it.

Thanks

Thank you Basanta. I read some post which said something to that effect in the forum. However, in Pro the Cornerstone is gone, and when I click on " Edit with Pro" I get some messy page and not the content builder. I have tried everything suggested in the posts with similar trouble. Nothing seems to be working. And this problem has left my site redundant. Your kind help is appreciated.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in again!
As I don’t have access to your website, can’t confirm what exactly happening.
I would like to suggest you few troubleshooting to check if that helps.

Please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.
  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
  7. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
