It is a multisite setup and I am a superadmin.

Thanks for asking. 
I can login in to the backend of the website. Upon checking the theme version and it seems that you have rolled back to Pro version 1.1.0. I understand that it can be bit frustrating when things are not working as they are suppose to. But we are proactively working to fix the bugs and have launched bunch of maintenance releases to address the issues customers are facing. I would suggest you to setting up a staging environment and update to the latest version of Pro. If you face any issues kindly let us know. Thanks for replying back. For sure, we are here to help you. Have you setup the staging server and performed the update? Can you please confirm? If not, here is what I would suggest you:
- First up setup a staging/test environment and setup the current WordPress instance up over there. This is because to iron out the issues that may comeup during and/or after upgrading the website without effecting the live website on production environment.

Upon checking, it seems that your issue is related to a plugin conflict. Could you please disable all of your 3rd party plugins and then launch Pro editor.
