How do I resolve this error? Just did all updates to cornerstone and have latest WP.

Hi @jeff2,

Thank you for writing in, please do the following

  • Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Please deactivate this caching features while we tackle this issue.

  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  • Remove custom Javascript, iframe embed code and custom templates (if any).

  • Reset your .htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

Thank you. I now can’t try these steps because I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_get_view() in /home/jeffmi8/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/template-blank-4.php on line 15

Hi Jeff,

You have to manually re-install your theme as recommended to your other thread. And please do that through FTP.

Thanks!
