Visual Composer not appearing

Hi

I built our site using X a long time ago and haven’t updated it for a while. We have however been keeping our versions of WP updated, and we are currently on 4.8.1

Going into the site just now, I notice that the Visual Composer pane won’t open on any of the pages. The version of VC currently activated is 4.3.1 and wonder whether we should have a more up to date version to make it work, or whether there’s another reason why we’re having this problem.

Thank you for writing in! Since you already have the latest version of WordPress, please keep your X, Cornerstone, Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and other extensions up to date as well, you can refer to the link below for the latest supported versions.

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all caches after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
