Visual Composer help

Hi there,

I have not updated my X theme or Visual composer plugin since I created my website. I always used to use Visual composer to make any necessary changes. However, now when I log in to make changes, the Visual composer area is no longer functioning. If I have to update my Theme and Visual composer plugin, can you please walk me through how to do it. There doesn’t seem to be a button I can click to do this automatically. My website is http://www.sportsvillage.ca. I can provide a username and password if you need to get into the site.

Thanks for writing in! I have inspected your site and I can see that you are using an older version of X theme and Cornerstone as well. Please go to Dashboard > Updates. You should be able to see the available updates for WordPress, Themes and Plugins. Please select which item to update and click the “Update” button.

After doing the updates, please flush your caches before testing your site again.

If you are not seeing any updates for X and Cornerstone, most probably, you haven’t validated X theme or that you are using the version that has validation issue. In that case, you will have to update the X theme manually instead.
