Visual Composer Addons Disabled

I have the paid version of the X-Theme and I’m using Visual Composer (WP Bakery Page Builder) and I purchased the Kaswara Modern Element Addon and it works on other sites I own but it’s not working with X-Theme. I have Disabled X Theme Integration and the addon items are still not showing. Is there something that you can suggest to correct this other than going with another theme?

Thanks for writing in! Visual Composer provides with X theme is not a modified version as you can see here on our knowledge base section (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-visual-composer/76). Since you have purchased the addon separately, it’s better to contact their support directly to resolve this issue.
