I have a video embedded on my site. I have the options clicked to autoplay (as well as mute, loop, and no controls), but it won’t autostart for some reason.

On my end, video is auto playing fine but on some occasions it does give issues and won’t autoplay. Further checking I see that you are using Pro Theme version 2.3.8. Please update Pro Theme to latest version 2.5.5. Here’s some resources that you can refer to update:
