Video Banner only plays on Chrome

I got a video banner for the website, it works perfectly fine UNTIL I tried to view it on other browsers and on mobile… It only play or autoplay on Chrome. Also I need to loop (INFINTE) the background video ONLY, not the entire Slide…

What to do??

Hi @VUVUTV,

Thank you for writing in, please remove the video on the slider and have your slider a transparent background. Then set the Video as the Optional Video Background of the Featured Slider Above Masthead



Also set an Image on the Video Poster Image as an alternative background for mobile.

I already removed the video on the slider revolution.

Hi @VUVUTV,

Please make sure that Revolution Slider is enabled in the plugin setting because the Slider options of the pages setting will not be available in Rev Slider is disabled.

Kindly also check the page settings when you edit the page:
