Video Background Not Playing - Still

This is a continuation of the previous thread…

I changed video export to following settings…

Codec: H264 (High profile)
Frame Rate: 24, 25 or 30 (Constant)
Frame Size / Resolution: 1280 x 720 (720p)
Fields: Progressive
Bitrate: 5000 – 10000 kbps

The video background is still not playing here…

The video is playing on my end, on both sites that you provided. What browser you’re testing these with?

I see two different videos per header bar, one big and one small.

Well that is good to know. I am using Chrome. I will test some other browsers. Thank you for looking.

It only works in IE, not Chrome or Fire Fox. I fixed the header background video so now there is only one.

I even download HandBrake (https://handbrake.fr/) and tried this. Does anyone know the proper settings using this app to make it work in Chrome / Firefox?

There are no plugins installed at all, not a single one.

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions is:

Does this hav to do with being and X to Pro upgrade?

I changed license to original Pro and that did not work.

The latest update is only available for manual update, please go to your Apex dashboard and download the latest Pro and install it manually in your site.

There is no caching plugin installed.

Another support staff here and your videos also play on my end using Chrome (see secure note). This looks like it’s happening only on your end. You might be missing some codecs in your computer. I’m not sure how we could continue to investigate here because it works on our end. And, this is clearly not an issue with the theme.

Please try consulting with a video expert to help you with the video settings so it will work in your browser. I say your browser because though we use Chrome, we might differ in settings.
