Google Chrome auto-play has been changed recently. Please check the following resource for more information (https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes) and you will need to find a workaround accordingly.

If you’re issue is not related to Google chrome policy changes, please provide us with your URL to the page so that we can look into your issue further.

i validated the license, and tried to update the theme, but i guess it’s not updating, also the video issue is still not fixed
