Hi
I have 2 sites which I duplicated and have 2 separate licenses the orignal is ok and validated but the new cloned site won’t validate the new code.
When I hit enter it just comes back with a small grey box in the validation area.
Any ideas how I can fix this

Thanks for writing in! I have checked some of your site URLs assigned to your licenses and I see that you’re using an older version of X theme and Cornerstone plugin on your sites, so that our validation process will not be initiate correctly.
Please check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/changelog/) and update your X theme manually for once (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62). Then delete your Cornerstone plugin and head over to X -> Validation section and wait for few seconds to install the latest version of Cornerstone plugin automatically.
Once you have fully updated, try validate your site again. In case if you’re still encountering issues, please check our troubleshooting guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-validation-connection-issues/201).

The cloned site in question is fully updated as I updated the original site to the latest theme and plugins before I cloned it.
I have checked the validation connection issues and none of them seem to apply.
Any ideas?
