Validation failure

Hi,
i am not confident with this things but I had a look to every post about this topic and I am not able to fix it.
I registered the product on themeco but nothing happened . cornerstone is ok so I don’t understand the problem. I copy the purchase code but when I enter nothing happens.
could you help me please?

Thanks for writing in! There are some possible caused to validation issues.

1. First make sure that you’re using the latest version of X theme and Cornerstone plugin. You can review the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
2. Make sure that PHP cURL extension is enabled on your server and use a PHP version like v5.6.x or higher to avoid incompatibility issues.

I have the latest version of X theme and PHP version is 7.0
When I copy the purchase code just nothing happens. What I have to do? I need to use the extensions

If you have some plugins installed, kindly try to temporarily disable them then try to validate the theme.

In case the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note (key icon below your response).
