Validated Pro is missing features for Accordion and Starter pack

I’m having problems getting Pro to work for me at all. I’ve cleared my cache under settings, I’m using a valid Pro license, I’ve reinstalled the child theme, and I don’t have any installed plugins. Pro has never worked for me (lots of errors), so I gave up, waited for the template manager to be released, and reinstalled everything. Still not working. Here are a couple of specifics:

Accordion: I can create an accordion, but the Items setup box and Header setup boxes are both missing. They are not visible on the base level or on the item level.

This is the page with the accordion: http://wp.downeastwatercolors.com/pro/#/content/37/layout. (I’m testing the headline/subheadline option, which also isn’t working.)

Starter pack: I’ve imported the starter pack, but when I “load template”, none of these are visible. Saving to my desktop and uploading doesn’t work (just duplicates).

Portfolio is just a hot mess. I’ll deal with that after I figure out the first two issues.

Try using a different browser, Firefox or Chrome.

It took me a bit, but I got to the header part on the accordion - it’s working! Thank you ! I won’t tell you how many hours I spent on that. I’m going to redo it anyway, now I know what I’m looking for. I swear the setup boxes were hiding.

If you look at your screenshot jdfth9, those are the only templates I have access to, and I have imported the starter pack. What am I doing wrong?

Think I figured it out - only the preset that relates to the element I’m working on will work. Headline and Accordion presets are showing in my drop list.

Hi Beth,

Yes, that is because those are the only content templates. The others are Footer and Header templates, and Presets.
