While trying to use Lightbox shortcode with the v2 image elements in the page, it does not work as making the link active on the image adds “#” for href attribute. HREF should be empty for lightbox to work or have to manually enter the url of the image itself.
It would be good if href is left empty without # so that the ligihtbox works!
For now, I have to manually enter the url for the image itself for it to work.

Thank you for the feedback. As I remember having the href empty had other problems and that is why the default was set to #.
You did the correct approach by adding the URL manually.

OK. Maybe then it would be good to populate the image url by default instead of # once user checks the Link checkbox. Just a suggestion.
